1. Set an appointment with one of our content creators to discuss your needs (typically lasts up to an hour as we layout details).
2. After the meeting expect an Engagement Letter (within 48hrs) outlining the specifics of the work we will do for you accompanied by expectations you can have on our behalf as well as yours.
3. Once we have an agreed upon and signed Engagement Letter, we will send you an invoice. (A) If your project costs are less than $550, then payment in full will be due. (B) If your project costs are more than $550, then 50% of the total project costs will be due. Balance due at completion of project as outlined in your engagement letter. (C) If you have chosen the monthly subscription, then the rate for the monthly services will be due in full to begin service.  
4. Scheduling of the project with projected completion date will be set.
   
5. Once production (the actual shoot) is complete we enter into post production. You will be allotted 2 rounds of revisions (unless otherwise specified in your engagement letter). 
6. You will receive your finalized project in a form of a downloadable link or a portable drive provided by you as the client. 
7. Share, publish and enjoy your completed project!
